i) Shoppers on the Ideal-Scope website are entitled to a seven day cooling off period which commences from the date of receipt of the item(s). During this time if the shopper is not completely happy they may contact Ideal-Scope for a full refund, however this will not include return shipping which is to be borne by the shopper.

ii) We guarantee that these products are free of manufacturing defect or shipping damage when you receive them. Notification of any shipping damage or product defect must be immediate which is defined as within 3 days of receipt of the item. Ideal-Scope will bear the cost of any return shipping only in the case of shipping damage or defective items. All sales are considered final after the cooling off period has expired.
